The purpose of Child Find is to Identify, Locate and Evaluate children from ages from birth to 21 years with a disability or suspected disabilities and their possible need for special education and related services. Child Find is a free service through Amigos Por Vida.
Amigos Por Vida provides Child Find information through the school’s website, Parent Universities, staff training, and printed information available in the front office.
We provide a variety of services for eligible children with a disability in one or more of the following areas: Auditory Impairment, Autism, Deaf Blindness, Emotional Disturbance, Intellectual Disability, Other Health Impairment, Orthopedic Impairment, Specific Learning Disability, Speech Impairment, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Visual Impairment.
