Good afternoon, Parents,
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying a great day.
I’ve received inquiries about the volunteer process and want to address those concerns. Here’s a clear outline of the process to help you:
· The application acceptance period for volunteers runs from August through September 30th.
· We will process applications in October, including personal identification and criminal background checks. Once your documentation is cleared without any issues, you will be invited to attend a volunteer orientation. This orientation is offered at various times, and I encourage you to contact Ms. Zelaya if the scheduled times do not work for you. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate.
· Lastly, all volunteers must complete a volunteer agreement and review the confidentiality rules.
We hope to have all approved volunteers ready by the first week of November. If you couldn’t complete the process this year, please remember that we would love your support in the upcoming school year.
Regarding field trips, if you wish to accompany your child, please know you are welcome to join! Communicate with the teachers to get details about the location. You can meet them at the field trip site and spend precious moments with your child. Just a gentle reminder: while you’ll be there to enjoy with your child, all students must remain with their group and will return with approved school staff and volunteers.
I hope this information helps clarify any uncertainties you may have.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement!

Good evening, parents
I hope all is well with you.
I am asking for your help in providing us with the most recent immunization records you might have. It is so important for us to ensure that we have accurate records for all our students.
Having up-to-date immunization records allows us to effectively plan our vaccine clinics and ensure that we can support our community to the best of our ability.
Your cooperation in this matter means a lot to us. We are starting our campaign with kindergarten and 7th graders. Please stop by the office and provide us with a copy by Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
